Do you offer custom sizes and designs?
Yes. Most TIMBERWORX furniture can be custom made to suit your measurements, room layout, timber preference and design requirements. Please provide the size, timber choice and style you need, and we can prepare a quotation based on your specifications.
What types of timber do you offer for your furniture?
We craft furniture from Australian and North American hardwood options, including American Oak, Blackbutt, Blackwood, Spotted Gum, Tasmanian Oak and Wormy Chestnut. Each timber has its own colour, grain and character, making it suitable for durable, long-lasting custom furniture.
Where do you get your timber?
Our timber is sourced from trusted local timber suppliers, including Australian and North American hardwood options. We aim to use responsibly sourced timber suitable for high-quality, long-lasting furniture.
What kind of hardware do you use?
We use quality furniture hardware such as Blum soft close hinges and Hafele bottom mounted soft close runners. Blum bottom mounted drawer runners may be available as an upgrade for selected drawers.
What types of furniture can I order?
TIMBERWORX designs and builds a wide range of custom timber furniture, including dining tables, study desks, TV units, cabinets, wardrobes, bed frames, bedside tables, buffets, sideboards, coffee tables and commercial table tops. Many pieces can be tailored to suit your style, space and functional needs.
Do you offer delivery services for your timber furniture?
Yes. Delivery is available for timber furniture orders. Delivery fees may vary depending on the product size, delivery location and access conditions. Please contact TIMBERWORX to confirm current delivery options for Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra, Wollongong and selected interstate areas.
What is the lead time for your furniture?
Most custom timber furniture takes approximately 4–8 weeks to make, depending on the design, timber selection, workshop schedule and delivery location.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due on or before delivery.
What warranty do you supply?
TIMBERWORX provides a 10-year structural warranty on timber furniture, giving customers confidence in the quality, strength and durability of each piece.
Can I view timber and furniture in your showrooms?
Yes. Customers can visit our showroom locations to view furniture collections and timber samples in person.

Yes, we offer delivery services for all our timber furniture. Delivery fees are $50 for Sydney metro and start from $200 for Newcastle, Canberra, and Wollongong. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery within business hours.
