Do you offer custom sizes and designs?

Yes, we do. Please provide us with the details of your requirements, and we will offer a quotation based on your specifications.

What types of timber do you offer for your furniture?

We craft our furniture from premium Australian and North American hardwoods, including American Oak, Blackbutt, Blackwood, Spotted Gum, Tasmanian Oak, and Wormy Chestnut. Each timber has its own unique character, making it ideal for creating durable and beautiful solid wood furniture for any home.

Where do you get your timber? Are they sustainable?

Our timber are ordered from local timber yards who get the timber from Australian and North American harvested forest. 100% sustainable.

What kind of hardware are you using?

Blum soft close hinges. Hefele bottom mounted soft close runners. $50 extra per drawer for Blum bottom mounted runners.

What types of furniture can I order?

We design and build a wide range of custom timber furniture, covering living room, dining room, bedroom, home office, and study room pieces. Whether you’re looking for a solid timber dining table, bedroom suite, office desk, or TV unit, every piece can be tailored to suit your style, space, and functional needs.

Do you offer delivery services for your timber furniture?

Yes, we offer delivery services for all our timber furniture. Delivery fees are $50 for Sydney metro and start from $200 for Newcastle, Canberra, and Wollongong. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery within business hours.

What is the lead time for your furniture?

Our timber furniture takes approximately 4-6 weeks to craft, plus additional time for delivery.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due on or before delivery.

What warranty do you supply?

We provide a 10-year warranty on our timber furniture, ensuring quality and durability.

Can I View Timber and Furniture in Your Showrooms?

Yes, you’re welcome to visit our showrooms to explore both our furniture collections and timber samples in person. We have three convenient locations:
